We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, and location to fulfill our service contract with you. This data is collected via forms, email, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, or social media. Our legal basis for processing is Contractual Necessity (to perform the wellness service) and Consent (when you reach out to us).

Analytics & Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how users interact with our website through session recordings, heatmaps, and click tracking. This data helps us improve website performance and user experience. Microsoft Clarity is GDPR-compliant; however, it only activates if you provide explicit consent via our cookie banner. Data Retention & International Transfers

We retain client contact information for a period of 5 years to comply with Greek tax regulations and business record requirements. After this period, data is securely deleted. Terms & Conditions

Booking Policy & Right of Withdrawal

Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. Pursuant to EU consumer law, by booking and accepting the service at the scheduled time, you explicitly agree that the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has been fully performed at your request.

Health, Safety & Professional Conduct

Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or physical injuries prior to the session. BespokeMassage reserves the right to refuse service if a condition is deemed a contraindication for massage. All interactions must remain professional; any inappropriate, suggestive, or aggressive behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session without refund and may be reported to local authorities in Heraklion.

Cancellations & Mobile Service

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or “no-shows” upon the practitioner’s arrival at your location may incur a cancellation fee to cover travel costs and lost time. For mobile services, the client is responsible for ensuring the designated area is safe, clean, and appropriate for the service.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including branding, text, logos, design elements, and images, is protected under copyright law and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic. Any disputes relating to the website, communication, or services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Heraklion, Crete, Greece.

Nature of Services & Professional Status

BespokeMassage provides Alternative Wellness and Relaxation services. These services are strictly non-medical, non-paramedical, and non-therapeutic. In accordance with the liberalization of commercial services in Greece (Law 3919/2011), these services are offered for the purpose of personal hygiene, comfort, and well-being only. We do not provide physiotherapy, medical diagnosis, or healthcare treatment.

Personal Responsibility & Consent

The client assumes all responsibility for their physical comfort and well-being during and after the session. BespokeMassage is not liable for any undisclosed health complications or adverse reactions that may arise from the treatment.
